Trip to WaShInGtOn

We took a trip to Washington to visit family and to go to a family reunion for my (Terren) side of the family! We drove there and back which is about 11 hours and Peyton did amazing in the car!! The day we left we left at 3 am thinking Peyton would sleep a lot but no, he slept about 2 1/2 hours! But still did great and he didn't even get out of the car to walk around the entire trip! The way back we left around noon and so we drove quite a bit into the night and Peyton sleep the last 4 or 6 hours (I can't remember which). I love how his leg is up on the Mr. Monkey Man!

We went swimming at my Aunts and I just let him swim in his regular diaper and it got pretty full!!

The way we do hay rides in the country - real country, like no stop lights country! It's so fun being there and I have forgotten how free it is!

We went to this awesome pond for one day of the reunion - we didn't get any real good pictures unfortunately of Peyton - this is about the best it is and unfortunately I am in it in my swimsuit! YUCK! But the pond was so much fun!!

Stephen took Peyton in the Canoe which he loved! This was really the first time Peyton went in water more than a kiddie pool or the bathtub, which he loves both of those! But he didn't like the pond as much as we thought, he liked just being able walk into the water a little - he doesn't like being all the way under and most of all, he wants to be in control - not held or in a floaty thing!
