2nd Birthday!!!

We got Peyton a basketball hoop for his birthday (which we gave to him early on Easter) - he loves it! He is getting pretty good too! This is a fun shot of him slamming it! = )


My mom and Jeff got Peyton this bath hoodie robe thing that I am sure he will love because he loves the other one he has and likes to run around in it - but this one is much cooler - it's a dragon from the new movie "How to train a dragon"!


He also got this car rug and didn't want to go to bed because he just wanted to keep playing with it! Thanks Mom and Jeff!


This isn't a birthday picture but o-well. We go get cheap ice cream cones at a store and Peyton gets his own little one which of course he loves!


Peyton eating his birthday cake. We celebrated a day early and it was just the three of us so pretty low-key but that's okay - he doesn't know any different.


I can't believe it has been 2 years since he was born - unbelievable!! He is so cute and fun and I love watching him learn new things and grow. Of course he can be a challenge and he is such a busy-body and always wants to be into everything new but I try to remember what a blessing he is - it's real easy to remember that when we go in every night and watch him sleeping! He is a blessing and joy and I am so excited for him to be a big brother because I think he will be great at it!
